By accessing or using SweetTalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SweetTalk. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18 years of age.
SweetTalk provides AI-powered companion characters for entertainment and companionship. All characters are fictional and AI-generated. Conversations are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice of any kind.
When using SweetTalk, you agree not to: • Attempt to extract harmful, illegal, or dangerous information from AI companions. • Use the service for any illegal purposes. • Share your account credentials with others. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service. • Use automated tools to interact with the service without permission.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
All content on SweetTalk — including character designs, AI-generated text, images, and the platform itself — is owned by SweetTalk.ai. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
SweetTalk provides AI companion characters for entertainment purposes only. All characters are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. SweetTalk is not a substitute for professional mental health services.
SweetTalk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or service interruptions.
Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@sweettalk.ai. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of SweetTalk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
